Lodge Park Limited was formed in 1998 by a small but very experienced team of house building professionals.
We are passionate about building quality new homes in the Midlands and beyond. Our small team is dedicated to our customers' satisfaction and frequently goes the extra mile to provide the best possible service.
Initially based in Milton Keynes, we built our first development of 5 bedroom executive homes at Shenley Lodge. Success and rapid growth took us to pastures new in 2006. A move to larger premises at the Stables in Broughton, Milton Keynes gave us the space to expand and begin work on larger developments such as our Broughton site where we built 237 homes.

The design and construction of the property are excellent and in our opinion superior to any of the other local developers that we have viewed at similar pricing levels. As with all new homes problems occur over time. We have had some minor problems but the Lodge Park customer service department dealt with nearly all of them in a timely manner and the tradesmen who carried out the work were professional and clean and tidy each time any of them visited us. Our plot size suits our needs perfectly and the general layout of the development is good.

The Maisonette was everything I needed and more, such a lovely development. The development is in a great location, so convenient. Everyone who visits me says how lovely the street is that I’ve moved too. Shefford is also a great little town!
